This is a black and white daytime version of this piece of urban art in Fort Worth TX. The nighttime version is entitled 'Man with a Briefcase'. It is a difficult piece of art to photograph because of its size and the fact that it is the midst of an urban environment. Trying to photograph the sculpture without the street and9 cars and/or too much of the surrounding buildings is a challenge! The choice of a piece of urban art is always interesting, and this one as much as any! This 50-foot brushed aluminum-plated icon of a businessman holding a briefcase towers over Burnett Park in front of Burnett Plaza. Burnett Park is a beautiful, two-acre urban park designed by renowned landscape architect Peter Walker and is surrounded by high-rise office buildings and residences in the heart of downtown. The Man with a Briefcase captures the essence of worldwide business culture. The sculpture is the work of Jonathan Borofsky and is owned by the Burnett Foundation. It is very much a piece of art that leaves you wondering.
