Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

It’s a good thing I never talked to a New Zealander before we set off on a hike to Colquhouns Beach, along the west side of Lake Wanaka on the South Island of New Zealand. I would have been met with puzzled looks and/or laughter with my pronunciation since you say (approximately) “Cuh-hoon”. Luckily I looked up the pronunciation before I had a chance to embarrass myself. The hike to Colquhouns Beach is along the Minaret Burn Track which brings you along Lake Wanaka's less explored west side and rewards you with beautiful lake and mountain views the whole way. The trail follows a 4WD track that gently undulates alongside the lake. It's an access road for the station owners, but we saw no humans or vehicles and only had some interesting encounters with cows along the way.
