I went to Stonington CT to see the Stonington Harbor lighthouse but got waylayed by the charming historic area of the town itself. It has so many houses with so much history! This once had a little placard that said C. Breed 1760. I just loved the red and blue, a highlight on the street where every other house is a more neutral color.
