I was aimlessly driving around Danbury Connecticut when I happened to pass Western Connecticut State University and this wonderful flag display on one of the main quadrangles. From an online map, it looks like it was on Alumni and Friends Circle, fronting onto White Street in Danbury. It was mid-November so it must have been for Veteran's Day. I managed to find a parking space for a little while so I could walk around and enjoy the red, white, and blue. I was very impressed that there was such a great appreciation for veterans among our young people. At least I'd like to believe it was initiated by the students and not the administration....
