Description
I was having a walk in a local nature center when there was some movement in the leaves ahead of me. I stopped and looked and finally spotted this little frog who was facing away from me. I took a few photos but then decided to try to get in a position where he was facing me. He stayed very still, probably hoping that I didn’t see him. And if I looked away for a second, it took me awhile to find him again. He was only a couple inches in length and was perfectly camouflaged by the leaves and twigs on the trail. I managed to get in a position where he was facing me but every time I looked through my 500 mm lens I struggled to locate him! Lucky for me he was just kept sitting still! Finally I located him in the field of my lens for a few shots.
