Description
It's a dramatic view of the Eiffel Tower from across the Seine and the Pont d'Ilena, showing how the Eiffel Tower literally towers over the surrounding neighborhood. It looks very military but the best I can tell, these are the water cannons of the Fountain of Warsaw at the Jardins du Trocadero in Paris. These twenty water cannons are able to project a jet of water fifty metres. Below them is the pool with 12 fountains creating columns of water 12 metres high; 24 smaller fountains four metres high; and ten arches of water. Alas, for me the pool was still on a late March day!
