Description
A seasoned European traveler and tour book author stated that Toledo Spain is one of the most difficult places to make a map of! There are so many small lanes going off at odd angles, making it difficult to make an accurate map. Even he said it's easy to get lost in Toledo. Not all the roads have signs at every intersection, and even when they do, they might not be on the map anyway! I usually have a great sense of direction and a feel for where I am in a city, but I admit to getting turned around very easily in Toledo! I would be positive the road I was on would intersect with one that I wanted to be on, only to find out that I was WAY off! On the other hand, getting lost can have its advantages, if you focus on the journey rather than the destination
